A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Reconstruct station changes and instructions

Note the attraction or general station, assigned role and supervisor for the relevant period. Describe any reassignment during a shutdown, evacuation exercise or change in visitor flow. If criticism concerns a queue or admission decision, identify the instruction you were given and when it changed. Distinguish a direction you received from a procedure you only understood afterward.

Compare operating time with working time

List the preparation, waiting, guest assistance and closing duties connected to your issue. Compare your own schedule and time record with those activities, marking estimates. A closed attraction does not establish whether you were released from work or assigned elsewhere. Keep any permitted schedule update or payroll correction response with the original record rather than replacing it.

Protect patron and facility information

Do not copy guest lists, ticket-payment details, surveillance footage or confidential evacuation and security materials for personal use. Describe procedures at a general level and identify relevant records for review. Keep your own employment notices and training acknowledgments if permitted. Never bypass an attraction safeguard or stage an unsafe incident to document your account of a workplace concern.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
