“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Establish the departure sequence

Note when the vehicle became available, when assigned checks ended and when boarding began. Record any equipment concern and the direction received before departure. Do not assume the scheduled departure time captures all required preparation work.

Describe service changes precisely

Identify route diversions, destination changes or delayed relief instructions by time and source. Distinguish traffic conditions you observed from an explanation relayed by dispatch. Record whether the expected finish changed after an additional service assignment.

Protect passenger records

Keep your own time entries and permitted employment messages. Do not export fare records, passenger footage or security-sensitive vehicle information. Identify relevant dispatch or relief records by date and custodian for authorized review instead.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
