“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Clarify role and review expectations

Identify the general practice setting and the role responsible for scheduling, supervision or administrative standards. Note changes to assigned services and requests for clarification. Separate your professional recommendation from an operational decision, and do not assume a title alone establishes employment status or coverage.

Explain work beyond sessions

Describe preparation, documentation and required coordination relevant to your own schedule or evaluation. Identify the metric and period management used. Session counts may not capture every assigned duty, but they also do not establish personal working time without context from your own permitted records.

Protect assessment and treatment information

Do not copy therapy notes, test responses, reports, recordings or patient messages into a personal employment file. Identify relevant record categories and custodians for appropriate guidance. Keep your own agreement and employment feedback separately, without accessing a clinical file solely to support the dispute.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
