“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Trace the service assignment

Record the machine category, general site type and requested repair. Note when dispatch changed the order of visits or added an urgent job. Keep travel, access delays and hands-on service as separate periods in your own timeline.

Describe parts and completion

Record when a needed part was identified, requested and available. If a machine required a return visit, note the reason provided and who authorized it. Separate your completed repair from a customer's acceptance or a later unrelated malfunction.

Protect customer systems

Do not retain device contents, credentials, financial transaction records or security arrangements. Use permitted employment messages and your own time entries. Identify the service ticket location and authorized custodian rather than exporting customer records.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
