“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Describe the practice assignment

Record your scheduled clinical periods, support available and any added administrative duties. Note changes in appointment volume or procedure mix using only nonidentifying information you are permitted to retain. Do not include patient diagnoses in your employment timeline.

Distinguish expectations from clinical findings

If feedback concerns productivity or treatment planning, note the stated expectation and the person who set it. Record requests for clarification and any later changes to duties. A difference in clinical judgment should be described as such rather than presented as a proven workplace violation.

Preserve patient confidentiality

Do not export radiographs, dental charts, consent forms or treatment plans. Your own employment agreement, schedule and permitted management messages may explain the concern. Identify the custodian and date range of other records for an authorized review.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
