“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Describe the scheduled workload

Record assigned examination periods and any added coverage in nonidentifying terms. Note equipment downtime or room changes and when they were reported. Separate time performing examinations from required preparation, cleaning and documentation duties.

Trace review instructions

If feedback concerned image quality or an incomplete examination, record who reviewed the work and the instruction that followed. Distinguish your observation during the examination from a later interpretation. Do not include clinical conclusions or identifying examination details in personal notes.

Keep imaging records protected

Do not export scans, worklists, reports or screen images containing patient information. Use your own employment records and permitted scheduling messages. Identify the relevant system and date range so an authorized reviewer can locate necessary records.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
