“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Separate care and management responsibilities

Describe the general practice setting and the role that controlled staffing, scheduling or administrative expectations. Note when duties changed and how you sought clarification. Keep clinical judgment distinct from business authority, particularly when performance feedback combines patient-facing and operational responsibilities.

Explain the workload standard

Identify the measure and period cited in your own review. Describe required documentation, follow-up and coordination that may not be represented by visit counts. Use your own permitted schedule and feedback without copying patient lists or assuming clinical-system timestamps establish your complete workday.

Keep clinical material protected

Do not retain charts, prescriptions, test results or patient communications in a personal employment archive. Identify relevant record types and custodians for appropriate review. Your own agreement, compensation documents and response to an evaluation can explain the employment issue without patient-identifying attachments.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
