Floral Designer Workplace Records

Floral design may connect a customer brief, material selection and preparation for a particular delivery time. An employment concern can depend on when those instructions changed or who approved a substitution. Describe the arrangement category generally, keeping private event details and customer records out of your employment account.

“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Trace brief and substitution decisions

Record the requested design, deadline and role approving changes. Note unavailable materials and the instruction you received about alternatives. Distinguish the arrangement you prepared from changes made during delivery or installation, without assuming a complaint proves which stage caused the problem.

Explain preparation and retail duties

List trimming, assembly, customer service and cleanup relevant to your own hours or target. Note added orders or revised delivery timing and your request for support. Compare your personal time record with those tasks instead of using an order’s final timestamp as the whole workday.

Protect client and event privacy

Do not retain customer addresses, payment information, private event schedules or identifiable arrangement photographs. Identify relevant order-record types and dates for review. Keep your own assignment messages and employment feedback separately, leaving financial and customer records in their approved systems.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
