“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Map coordination and approval

Describe the service setting and the support task in general terms. Identify who could approve a referral, change a care assignment or provide additional help. Record when you sought clarification and distinguish your recommendation from decisions made by another professional or organization.

Explain workload beyond scheduled contacts

List preparation, coordination and required documentation relevant to the disputed period. Note interruptions or reassignment without identifying the person receiving services. Compare your own schedule with permitted employment messages; clinical activity timestamps do not establish every part of your workday.

Keep care information separate

Do not copy patient charts, family communications, referral documents or confidential assessment notes into personal storage. Identify the type and date of a relevant record for suitable review. Preserve your own evaluation and response without attaching clinical or social-service details.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
