List missing information and your dated requests, without reproducing the applicant’s documents.

  3. Employment feedback

Keep your own evaluation, response and schedule changes together for the affected processing period.

“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Separate collection from authorization

Describe the information you were asked to obtain and the general verification you performed. Identify who could approve an exception or make the final lending decision. A recommendation or transmission date should remain distinct from an approval you did not have authority to give.

Trace missing inputs and revisions

Note when you requested a missing item, received corrected paperwork or learned of a changed instruction. Record your escalation and the response if a deadline was affected. Keep your own review with its measured period rather than assuming every pending application represented unfinished work by you.

Keep borrower documents restricted

Do not retain credit reports, identification images, income records, references or closing packages for a personal employment dispute. Identify relevant records by type and location for controlled review. Use your own permitted assignment and employment correspondence without borrower names or account information.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
