What to organize first

  1. Estimate history

List the original estimate, changed assumptions and approving role rather than relying only on the final delivery date.

  2. Escalation sequence

Record the missing subcontractor input, your request and the response relevant to the employment concern.

  3. Own feedback

Keep your own review and permitted assignment messages separate from customer and carrier records.

May 2025 wage estimates by state

Compare your pay records with published BLS estimates for Logisticians (SOC 13-1081). These describe an occupation across employers. They are not a required pay rate, an overtime calculation, or evidence of discrimination or unpaid wages.

Select your work state to see its published pay range. No personal pay information is requested or sent.

The 25th and 75th percentiles mark the middle half of the estimated wage distribution; the median is its midpoint. Actual pay can differ with experience, employer, location and duties. Hourly and annual figures are shown as published, without converting one into the other.

“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Trace the promised service

Identify the general logistics objective, the proposal you prepared and the assumptions available at the time. Note revisions to delivery expectations and who accepted them. Distinguish a preliminary estimate from a commitment approved by another role.

Describe subcontractor dependencies

Record when you requested a quote, capacity confirmation or corrective action and when the response arrived. Explain how you escalated an unresolved dependency. Keep your own permitted evaluation and reply together instead of treating a shipment outcome as proof of individual responsibility.

Protect operational relationships

Do not export customer contacts, freight contracts, pricing or shipment databases. Identify the relevant proposal or performance report by date and general purpose. Your personal employment timeline can explain the instruction and response without disclosing routes, security arrangements or commercial terms.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
