May 2025 wage estimates by state

“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Identify the image brief

Record the subject category, intended output and approval criteria you were given. Note when the requested composition, lighting or number of images changed. Keep an initial brief separate from a later preference introduced during review.

Trace selection and editing

Describe who selected images and requested revisions, and when source material became available for editing. Distinguish technical correction from a new creative direction. Include setup and file-handling duties in your own account of the workday.

Protect images and permissions

Do not retain private portraits, client media, unreleased products or licensed image libraries for an employment file. Use permitted assignment messages and your own time records. Identify the approved gallery or version custodian rather than making a personal portfolio copy.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
