“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Reconstruct schedule versions
Identify the initial production schedule and the date each relevant revision was communicated. Note whether a change followed a design revision, material shortage, staffing issue or other interruption you personally knew about. Describe who approved the revision and who needed to receive it. Avoid treating the last version as proof that an earlier instruction never existed.
Track dependencies and escalation
Record when you requested missing information, an expedited delivery or a decision about priorities. Identify the recipient, the response and any resulting change to your assignment. If feedback cited a missed completion date, distinguish your own reporting responsibility from a supplier's delivery or another department's output. Mark assumptions and secondhand explanations clearly.
Keep the employment packet narrow
Retain your own review, schedule and permitted assignment correspondence. Do not export customer order lists, supplier pricing, production databases or proprietary designs. A personal timeline can reference a schedule revision by date and general purpose without reproducing restricted details. Identify where supporting business records are maintained if a reviewer needs to request them appropriately.
Choose your next step
Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
