“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Identify the assignment and modality

Describe the general imaging work, your assigned room or service area and the supervising role. Note whether you were moved between equipment, asked to assist another technologist or given a changed protocol. Identify relevant training from your own records. Avoid assuming that an occupational task description establishes authorization to perform every procedure at a particular facility.

Separate quality work from performance conclusions

Record preparation, equipment checks and any reported malfunction relevant to the concern. If feedback cited a delay or repeated image, identify the stated concern and your response without patient details. Distinguish what you observed from a later interpretation by a clinician or engineer. Describe the institutional quality record that may clarify events rather than reproducing it.

Keep imaging and patient data out of personal files

Do not copy images, worklists, examination requests, patient histories or screenshots from clinical systems. Use your own schedule, training documentation, evaluation and permitted manager correspondence. A timeline can refer to a general procedure and date without identifying the patient. Seek appropriate handling guidance before sharing any potentially identifiable clinical material.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
