“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Trace the reservation change

Identify the general request, the rule you were instructed to apply and any supervisor approval required. Note when schedule or availability information changed. Separate your action from a later cancellation or adjustment made by another team; the final itinerary may not show the whole sequence.

Put service targets in context

Record the target or feedback period, along with system outages or reassigned queues you reported. Explain additional invoice or customer-notification duties relevant to your workload. Use your own schedule and evaluation instead of exporting reservation data to compare personal performance.

Keep passenger information private

Do not retain identification documents, payment details, loyalty accounts or travel records in a personal employment folder. Identify relevant transaction types and dates for controlled review. Keep your own warning, clarification request and response separate from the customer’s complaint or travel circumstances.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
