“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Clarify duty and escalation roles

Record the area or general resident setting assigned to you and who approved decisions. Note what you were expected to report and where a matter passed to professional staff. Distinguish your observation from a diagnosis or conclusion later made by another role.

Describe scheduled and added work

List required meetings, resident support, training and administrative tasks relevant to your compensation or workload concern. Note changes to availability expectations and the response to your question. Keep your own schedule and agreement rather than resident activity records to explain work periods.

Protect resident and student information

Do not retain disciplinary files, health details, room rosters or incident images in a personal employment folder. Identify relevant record types for controlled review. Keep your own evaluation and reply separately, and do not access a resident’s file solely to investigate your employment concern.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
