“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Define the evaluation workload

Record the number and general type of assignments you may lawfully track, their assignment dates and expected review points. Note transfers and inherited unfinished work. Do not include student identities, test scores or eligibility information in personal notes.

Trace report and meeting dependencies

Describe when information or review was requested and which role owned the next step. If expectations changed, identify the new direction and its date. Separate a report-writing task from a team's decision about services or an intervention.

Keep student records secure

Do not copy psychological reports, behavioral data, family correspondence or education records. Use your own schedule and permitted employment messages. Identify the official record custodian and date range instead of creating a parallel student file.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
