“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Describe how services were assigned

Record who set appointments, prices, product expectations and access to equipment. Note a changed instruction or request for clarification. Distinguish a service recommendation you made from a business rule you were required to follow without retaining another worker’s agreement or client records.

Connect duties and compensation

Identify the pay terms and statement period involved in your question. Note cancellations, adjustments and required cleaning or preparation work. Do not treat a retail product price or customer charge as personal earnings; keep the specific entry and explanation you received together.

Protect client and practice information

Do not copy client photographs, treatment histories, health questionnaires, appointment lists or payment details. Describe the general event and identify relevant records by custodian. Retain your own permitted employment messages without attempting to diagnose a client reaction or reproduce a service to gather evidence.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
