“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Follow the course from request to delivery
Identify the learning request, approved scope and deadline, then note revisions to the audience, materials or delivery method. Record which role approved the changes and whether preparation time was adjusted. If criticism concerns a session, distinguish the material you created from content another person required. Do not treat learner outcomes as proof of why a manager acted.
Put delivery measures in context
Describe the attendance or evaluation measure used in your own performance review and the period it covered. Note relevant conditions you observed, such as canceled sessions, unavailable equipment or a shift from in-person to virtual delivery. Include your request for support and the response. Preserve your own schedule and work-time records without copying individual learners’ scores or responses.
Use a narrow employment record set
Keep permitted communications about your assignment, pay, review and training responsibilities. Do not export the learning-management system, licensed course library, employee assessments or participant contact lists. If a course version or attendance report is important, identify its type and date for review. Describe disputed instructions in your own factual notes while leaving original instructional and learner records under their existing access controls.
Choose your next step
Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
