The 25th and 75th percentiles mark the middle half of the estimated wage distribution; the median is its midpoint. Actual pay can differ with experience, employer, location and duties. Hourly and annual figures are shown as published, without converting one into the other.

“Not published” preserves unavailable or suppressed source cells. “Above reporting limit” preserves a top-coded source value without inventing a number. A missing state estimate does not establish service eligibility. The data describe wage and salary employment; they do not measure self-employment income.

Trace the itinerary version

Describe the general trip requirements and when you received changes to dates, transport or lodging. Note which version was approved and who communicated that approval. Do not include passport information, traveler names or private travel plans in your employment notes.

Separate service and compensation

Record the compensation terms supplied to you and when credit was assigned or adjusted. Distinguish a quoted price, confirmed purchase and later cancellation. Keep your own pay statement separate from assumptions about why a supplier or employer changed a figure.

Protect traveler information

Do not export reservations, payment details, identity documents or customer lists. Use permitted employment messages and your own time records. Identify the relevant transaction record and custodian for authorized review without keeping the traveler file.

Choose your next step

Review the workplace retaliation guide, unpaid wages guide, or discrimination guide if those concerns fit your experience. A job title alone does not establish a claim.
